The "Personal Information Protection and Electronics Document Act" (PIPEDA) requires that we have your consent to keep your resume on file for current or future job opportunities and/or to forward your resume to other members of the Solutia Team.

When you apply for a job opportunity at Solutia SDO, your consent to the collection, use, retention and disclosure of personal information provided by yourself or by your job references is implied.  Within Solutia SDO, only those people that require your information for purposes of assessing your suitability for job opportunities will have access to that information.  Solutia SDO will not disclose your personal information to clients or potential clients without your specific consent to do so.
