Emile Querel Managing Principal

Emile has over 20 years of consulting and IT experience specializing in the management and profitable growth of professional services organizations.  He has an extensive network of senior executive relationships and has delivered major business transformation initiatives across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Solutia, Emile held senior leadership roles as a Business Unit Consulting President and Practice Leader with EDS Canada, was a senior vice president and managing partner of a CRM startup eLoyalty and 12 years as an IT Partner with Ernst & Young.

Emile has had extensive experience with large ERP projects utilizing leading software solutions from Peoplesoft, Oracle and SAP; significant business transformation projects within customer care, billing & collections, self serve and CRM/business intelligence applications, major leadership roles in business re-engineering and business transformations including IT Outsourcing and BPO.

Jackie Clark Principal, Financial Services Solutions

 

Jackie has 20 years of IT experience coupled with 7 years of HR background. Skilled in change leadership, project management and relationship management, Jackie has represented several large corporate clients in structuring and implementing effective ERP solutions and business strategies. Trained in process redesign and business transformation, Jackie provides expertise in change management strategy and planning.

Prior to founding Solutia SDO in 2003, Jackie was Project Director for Canada Trust, leading the successful delivery of their PeopleSoft HRMS and payroll outsourcing initiative. In addition, she headed the change management team for ADP Canada’s Oracle Financials ERP. Jackie has recent experience in the Wealth Management industry involving several major business transformations for Scotiabank.

Troy Loder Principal, Application Solutions

Troy has over 14 years of management and IT experience, of which seven have been spent implementing ERP solutions. An experienced management consultant; Troy has worked with organizations ranging from 500 to 55,000 employees. Troy specializes in the strategy, implementation, and management of PeopleSoft solutions, with business case development, business process redesign and change leadership as key components. He has been directly involved in over 6 full cycle implementations/upgrades of PeopleSoft HCM and CRM.

Prior to founding SolutiaSDO , Troy worked as part of the management team for Deloitte Consulting and was the Canadian PeopleSoft HCM practice leader for BearingPoint, LP.
